The guaranteed impressions means that if within that time period, all the impressions aren't used, then the time will be extended until all the impressions are used up. For instance, if you choose the top banner ad for 7 months (1,000,000 impressions), and after 7 months only 900,000 impressions are used, then we'll keep the ad up until you reach 1,000,000.
